Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Returns

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as discounted products, customized items, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return.
